ENCOUNTER’s Worship Ministry Intern position is an exciting opportunity for a young worship leader looking to develop heart, passion, and gifting for worship ministry. We are looking for an energetic, humble, and Christ-loving worship leader to join our team. The Worship Ministry Intern will assist the Worship Pastor & Team in an array of ways, including receiving exposure to weekly planning, scheduling, and preparation. This position will have the opportunity to both lead worship and lead the band/vocalist. This is a contracted position working approximately 15 hours per week.
