Executive Pastor

The Executive Pastor will oversee a dedicated team of ministry and operational leaders, including Family Ministries, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, and Preschool, while leading the church’s discipleship strategy and spiritual formation pathway. This pastor will supervise key operational functions of the church and help ensure alignment with the vision and values of ENCOUNTER. This is a full-time, exempt position that includes paid medical benefits for the employee and family. This role reports to the Lead Pastor.

Senior Facilities Manager
  • Part-time, non-exempt, 30-35 hours per week, accountable to Executive Pastor.
  • The Senior Facilities Manager supports ENCOUNTER by providing operational and ministry support services for all church
    departments while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church campus, including Preschool operations. This role
    manages facility maintenance, repairs, improvements, and campus operations to ensure all facilities, equipment, and
    environments are safe, clean, functional, and ministry-ready, creating an attractive and welcoming setting for ministry
    activities and events. This position oversees facilities staff and supports daily operations through custodial services,
    room and event set-ups, furniture relocation, security monitoring, and Sunday coffee operations.

Facilities Team Member
  • Part-time, non-exempt, approx. 15 hours per week (up to 20 occasionally), reports to Facilities Director
  • The Facilities Support position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, security, and overall readiness of the facility. This role supports daily operations through custodial tasks, room and event set-ups, furniture relocation, and security monitoring. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding work in a timely and professional manner.
