Parking Lot Sale
Our annual Parking Lot Sale is Saturday, May 16, 7 am – 2 pm.
Bring your donations May 11 – 14, 5 – 9 pm ONLY. You’ll drop your items off to the side door of The PLEX building off of Ralston St. Parking Lot. Drop offs on Friday, May 15, 5 – 8 pm will be accepted based on need so we encourage you to plan ahead and drop off earlier in the week.

We are so excited for our annual Parking Lot Sale. If you aren’t familiar with this big event, what we want you to know is what a HUGE help it is to our ENCOUNTER Youth getting to attend Summer Camp. Each year, our Parking Lot Sale (PLS) allows us to scholarship students right off the top of the actual cost of camp. Here’s what we mean – it costs approximately $800 per student (camp registration, supplies, transportation). To help families shoulder the cost of camp, we charge $650 to our students and through the PLS we are able to cover the additional almost $150 for each student. In addition to that, we offer scholarships as needed based on what the PLS allows us. We need lots of help and volunteers to make this special event successful. Please sign up to help in as many ways and as many days that you can. We appreciate all that you do and know we cannot do this without you.
