Fear is a thief. It is stealing our sleep, robbing our energy, and embezzling our well-being and peace. Fear is confiscating the inner sense of tranquility of mind that should characterize every Christ-follower.Fear keeps us focused on our past and uneasy about our future and it renders our present unenjoyable. One day Jesus asked this question to a group of followers on a boat during a storm; “WHY ARE YOU AFRAID?” (Mark 4:40)
