SUMMARY:Operation Christmas Child
DESCRIPTION:You and your family can bring the good news of Jesus to a child living in poverty by packing a shoebox with small toys and other gifts OR have Samaritan’s Purse pack it for you by using the QR code specifically for ENCOUNTER’s Online Shoebox page!\nBoxes packed online go to children where the gospel is forbidden to be spoken of. With this option, you make it your own by choosing from a list of gifts, then add a personal letter and photo. For $30, they pack your shoebox and send it for you. The suggested donation for shipping a physical shoebox is $10/box.\nIf you’d like to pack either type of box, come to the table on the patio during weekend services to pick up all the supplies you need to get started: shoeboxes, shipping labels, instructional brochures or the QR code for ENCOUNTER’s Online Goal Page.\nInformation can also be found at samaritanspurse.org\nGift-filled shoeboxes are due back at ENCOUNTER no later than Sunday, November 15. Questions, contact Gloria, 805-901-0160.\n
