Leadership
Catalyst Int'l is led by Dr. Daniel and Lori Hahn and supported by dedicated member care professionals and volunteers who share a common desire to encourage leaders and workers who serve in difficult cross-cultural environments.
Daniel Hahn
In 1990, Daniel received a doctorate in marriage & family ministry (D.Min) from Talbot School of Theology after which he taught there in an adjunct role for the next 6 years. Daniel serves as the Lead Pastor of Bible Fellowship Church in Ventura, California. After having published two books and traveling extensively as a speaker in the U.S., God led the way for the creation of Catalyst Int'l in 2004 as a way of focusing support on Christian workers overseas. As a teenager, Daniel's family served in Ghana, West Africa where he developed a love for struggling nations and people. In addition to having led many international ministry teams, Daniel has been involved in numerous relief projects in Nicaragua, Bosnia, Uganda, and Sudan. Daniel and Lori speak at conferences both in the U.S. and abroad.
Lori Hahn
For many years, Lori has been active in member care encouraging those who work cross-culturally. She loves mobilization and has launched many creative, reproducible church-based ministries which link people at home to cross-cultural workers, people groups, or compassion ministries around the world which enables learning and encouragement from both directions. Lori directs the communications, women’s, and missions efforts at Bible Fellowship Church in Ventura, California. Daniel and Lori have two children (their son is in college and their daughter and her husband are pursuing full-time ministry).
Counseling Staff
Our counseling staff is made up of a global team of member care professionals who are skilled in the unique issues facing international workers. Many of these psychologists and counselors are full time cross-cultural workers or serve those who work internationally.
Massage Therapy
Michel and Sibylle Broggi founded a Christian school for massage therapy in Switzerland, where they live. Sibylle is a massage-therapist, aroma-therapist, and teaches naturopathy. The Broggis direct our team of massage therapists who volunteer their time at Breathe. Michel and Sibylle also prepare young couples for marriage, teach marriage classes, and are in training as marriage counselors. Both have been active in member care since 1998.
